Affiliate disclosure and funding

Current status

Laser Gear Scout does not currently use affiliate links, display advertising, paid placements or sponsored product rankings.

If monetisation is introduced

• A clear disclosure will appear before the first compensated commercial link.
• Compensated links will be technically identified where required.
• Coverage and conclusions will not be selected by commission rate.
• Unavailable or unsuitable products will not be promoted because a monetised seller exists.
• Sample, sponsorship and commercial relationships will be disclosed on relevant pages.

This policy must be reviewed before any monetisation is activated.
